Many of the entrepreneurs I know, including myself, were the #blacksheep of the #family. The #outcasts. We were often #misunderstood, #underappreciated, or simply #misplaced because we were #different.

Some of us aren't playing TEAM. And in the coming months, many of those individuals are going to slowly but surely find themselves being pruned away. Very similar to how a tree loses its leaves during the Winter, so it may grow stronger in the Summer.
Because You Can't Win & Make Excuses at the same time.

If we are going to grow partners from earning 4 figures per month, to 5 figures and 6 figures per month we must level up our levels of Accountability.
Those who get pruned will fall way like autumn leaves, not because we want them to, but rather because they have chosen to. Because they refuse to respect and appreciate the roots, the culture, and work ethic that grew them.
