Hello Team New Horizons Family,
One of the most important things you can do as an entrepreneur is to know WHY you are building a business.... in this case your LegalShield business. And to know what are the things you can do, and the questions you should ask yourself to ensure that your business (this is your asset) is regularly producing cash flow = income.
Question Number One: What do you want your life to look like 3 months from now? Or how much money / cash do you want to have accumulated in your checking or savings account 3 months from now? Set a goal. It might be $1000, $2000, $5000, or $10,000. What dollar amount do you want your business to produce between now and 3 months from now? And what will this sum of money allow you to accomplish that you cannot accomplish today?
Question Number Two: What is your accumulation goal and what do you have to do to achieve it? Remember, if you take aim at nothing, you'll hit it every single time. Set your accumulation goal, and then figure out what you have TO DO to achieve it.
Simplified Formula for Sales Success
® Your revenue income goal per month: For Example $2000
® Average compensation / NOI (net operating income) per sale: For Example You Earn $150 per client
® What is your closing percentage? : For Example 30%. Maybe higher if you get leadership involved.
® Weeks per month (52 weeks/12 months) = 4.33
® Number of days per week you will work to achieve your goal: For example 6 days a week.
® Example: $2000 Goal Monthly / $150 / 30% / 4.33 / 6 days a week =
2 people hearing a presentation a day (1.7 to be exact) or have 12 guests over the course of the week on a Zoom Call or on our Team New Horizons B2B Solutions Zoom Call per week, or a mix of both.
Well, if I want 12 people per week to look at the presentation, I will probably need to invite 36 people a week. That is inviting 6 people a day. Not presenting and talking for 2 hours to people. Question Number Three: Where do I find the ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY, & TRAINING to ensure I meet my goal?
1. Look at your WHY multiple times a day. Have it somewhere every hour on the hour until you go to sleep. #bsdotcomshows up every hour everyday. Look at your why every hour everyday.
2. Talk to your leadership everyday. You're in business for yourself, but not by yourself. They are already enjoying the success you're taking aim at. Why would you take weeks, months, and years to learn what they can teach in 5 minutes?
